The following are the standard services
provided to you by MMR Home Management

MAIL:
Collect mail and place it in a designated location.

DRIVEWAY/ENTRYWAY:
Remove any trash or debris and collect any packages
left and place in designated area.

DAMAGE/VANDALISM:
We will walk perimeter of house to check for signs of storm damage or any vandalism.

WINDOWS/DOORS:
Windows and doors are closed and secured.

POOL/SPA:
Ensure the pool pump is in good working condition with no abnormal sounds or water leaks.

Ensure the pool and spa are free of debris and are at the appropriate water levels.

LANDSCAPING:
Ensure both the front and back of the house is clean and well kept.

GARAGE:
Ensure garage is in working condition.

BREAKER BOX:
Ensure electric panel is free of tripped breakers.

VEHICLES:
Ensure all cars/golf carts and free of damage.

VEHICLE BATTERY MAINTAINER:
If applicable, start vehicle and ensure battery is in working condition. (Please let us know if you’d like this done)

LANAI:
Ensure ceiling, walls, floors and screens are in good / working condition.

WATER HEATER:
Ensure hot water is available.

A/C THERMOSTAT:
Check for battery power and line voltage and ensure it is working order and set to designated temperature.

AC AIR FILTERS:
Change air filters as needed.

SINKS/TUBS:
Run all water in sinks, showers and tubs and ensure they are in working order and there are no leaks.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL:
Ensure in working order.

ICE MAKER:
Ensure in working order.

TOILETS:
Flush all toilets and check for leaks.

MOLD:
Check for visual signs of mold and unusual orders

INSECTS/RODENTS:
Ensure property if free of any insects or rodents.
